7. Payment Terms

All payments:

Payment in full is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed.

8. Invoicing

  • All invoices are issued by Red Sky Digital LLC
  • The invoicing entity represents the legal supplier

9. Fulfilment and Third-Party Suppliers

All goods and services are fulfilled via independent third-party contractors.

These contractors operate independently and are not employees or agents of Red Sky Digital Holdings Pty Ltd.

10. Communications and Domain Use

You acknowledge that:

  • Communications may originate from domains including justbanners.com.au
  • These are used for branding and convenience only
  • This does not indicate the Australian entity is the supplier

All communications are issued on behalf of Red Sky Digital LLC.

11. Delivery and Risk

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch unless otherwise required by law

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
